How Damasec easily got started with CRM – Microsoft Dynamics Sales

We have created a CRM package that gives our existing ERP customers the ability to easily and quickly access Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

At Damasec, we integrated a CRM solution in just 6 weeks, providing them with an overview of customers and customer activities, while streamlining processes for sales, marketing, technical service, and customer support.

Process

Workshop - setup - training

We began the task with two workshops to clarify and specify Damasec's needs. Based on the identified needs, we set up a solution that did not require coding, but exclusively utilized built-in configuration options and setup. Afterward, the users were trained in the solution. The implementation of the CRM at Damasec was thus a short, fast, and efficient process.

Solution

Utilization of standard functionality

Damasec's solution, based on standard functionality, includes the following:

  • An efficient handling of leads through process-based qualification, so that leads are managed centrally – not in Excel spreadsheets – regardless of the sources of the leads.

  • A sales process model to reflect ongoing offers with relevant steps and gates, with relevant probabilities and figures, making it useful for budget and sales targets – reflected in Dashboards for clarity and transparency.

  • Use of built-in functionality such as the Outlook App, integration with Office products, etc.

  • Joint loading of leads.

  • Use of the sales module

The delivered solution can also be easily and simply scaled and expanded with, for example, reporting and integrations, such as Power BI, ERP system integration, WEB, etc.
