Do you have an old Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central, and are you considering whether it should be upgraded? Dynateam can help you with this. All customers want to operate on a standard solution where they can view their customers, products, and more on a standard Business Central Cloud.
To clarify your needs, we will conduct a workshop where we will determine together if it is possible to run a standard Business Central solution or if customizations or additional products are needed.
Target Audience
The target audience is businesses with an older version of Dynamics NAV/Business Central, looking to use a standard version of Business Central Cloud.
Requirements
The current version must be at least Dynamics NAV 2009.
The price covers one company and a database size of a maximum of 50 GB.
The test-converted database can subsequently be used in a standard Business Central Cloud without any customizations or added apps/extensions.
A Business Central user license must be purchased for individuals who will be testing the new Business Central. The price of these licenses depends on your current Dynamics NAV subscription and how long you've had the solution.
How we do it
We start with an initial expectations alignment before making the final agreement to ensure you get the most out of the package. We recommend that the process be short and focused, so it’s essential that all relevant individuals in your organization are ready when the work begins. It is also crucial that a decision-maker from your side is involved in the process.
1 Clarification Meeting
We begin with a clarification meeting where we review the process and align expectations regarding the outcome of the conversion.
2 Test Conversion of Existing Data
We convert both your master data and transactions. Please note that only data related to standard fields in the new Business Central will be included. We will install the converted database, giving you access to it in Business Central Cloud.
3 Workshop (1 Day)
We will review the test-converted database with you to determine if your business processes can be carried out or if further adjustments or additional products are needed in relation to the standard Business Central.
4 Offer sent subsequently for:
- Additional workshops/analysis
- Licenses (conversion of any existing licenses)
- Development of any customizations, integrations, and documents/reports
- Possible need for additional products
- Training and go-live assistance
- Final data conversion into live operations
