How We Do It

We start by sending you a questionnaire to fill out. This will be used for a clarification meeting before we finalize the agreement, ensuring you get the maximum benefit from the package.

We use a short and focused process, where it is important that all relevant people in your organization are ready when the work begins. We have allocated a specific number of hours for the various areas of the implementation.

Any additional functionality or customization will be agreed upon after the "Business Central Cloud Implementation Package" is implemented.

1 We activate your new Business Central – requires access to your Office 365 account

2 Loading of your custom chart of accounts (we will send an Excel sheet for you to fill out)

3 Setup of one company:

  • Company information
  • Posting setup
  • Posting groups
  • VAT setup
  • Setup of accounting periods
  • Setup of number series for sales, purchases, finance, and inventory.

4 Basic setup of customers, vendors, and items so that you can create them yourself

5 User setup: All users are set up with SUPER access

6 Setup of Business Central email functionality for sending documents

7. Loading of document package – includes: Sales invoice, sales credit memo, and statement

8. Brief overview and introduction to Business Central – 2 hours

9. Training and assistance with screen setup, where you can choose focus areas – 8 hours
