1. Informing DynamicWeb
Our collaboration begins by notifying DynamicWeb of the desired partner transition. DynamicWeb will then facilitate the transition, and your current partner will be phased out.
2. Delivery of Source Code and Project Files
We ensure a smooth handover and take full responsibility for your solution. To get started, you’ll need to request that your previous partner delivers the source code and project files to us.
Once received, we implement a development environment in our system—without impacting your live customers.
3. Discussion About Upgrading to the Latest Version
We’ll discuss the possibility of upgrading your solution. In most cases, we recommend updating to the latest version of DynamicWeb.
4. Review and Testing
We test the solution with you to ensure all functions work as expected, just like in your current setup. Once approved, the solution goes live and will be fully managed by us moving forward.
