How We Do It
We begin with an initial expectations alignment before making the final agreement, ensuring that you get the optimal benefit from the package.
We use a short and focused process. Therefore, it is important that all relevant people in the organization are ready when the work begins. We have allocated a specific number of hours for different areas of implementation, so it is crucial that a decision-maker from your side is involved in the process.
We help you get started by creating the homepage, an article page, up to 10 product pages, and a product menu with 2 levels, where one item is filled in. We also add up to 10 products into the solution based on your data.
Since we know that every solution has its differences, we have allocated a pool of up to 10 hours for individual actions beyond the standard setup from our side. How this pool is used is entirely up to you.
Any additional functionality or customizations will be agreed upon after the solution has been implemented.
Data Integration Between Webshop and Business Central
It is beneficial for most companies to integrate their webshop with Business Central. Several processes are automated, saving a significant amount of time.
The following integrations are part of the package:

All data is maintained in the webshop solution, except for prices and stock status, which are maintained in Business Central.

Implementation
- The basic version of DynamicWeb
Swift is set up. - You provide the logo and image material.
- Design setup based on your material and ideas using standard templates.
- Setup of pages and content.
- The integration with the standard Business Central Cloud is prepared and tested together with your Business Central partner.
- The solution is presented in a workshop, where it is reviewed and any small changes are made along the way. You will also be introduced to how to add content to the solution.
- You enter content and products for 14 days – at least one product category must be completed.
- Preparation for GO LIVE.
- Training on how to use the solution, etc.
- Go Live.
