Target Group
Companies needing to produce large volumes of text for webshops, websites, or product catalogs.
What we do
1. Installation
The tool used is a plug-in for Excel/M365 Copilot that utilizes GPT-3.5-turbo-0125. We assist you with the installation and setup of your Azure OpenAI Service account/subscription.
2. AI Model Training and Knowledge Library
Setup To create the best foundation for text generation, the AI model needs training. This is done by:
- Pointing to your website so the AI model can "get to know you."
- Creating a knowledge library in SharePoint. This folder will contain all relevant materials about your products/services—this will serve as the AI model's base for creating texts. You can always add more information later.
3. Automatic Updates of Your Products/Services We ensure the following:
- Descriptive titles and inclusion of relevant columns.
- Relevant output columns are set up.
- Languages to be used are selected.
By default, we recognize DynamicWeb 9 exports and data extractions from Umbraco based on our import/export functionality for Umbraco, as well as other formats with descriptive column titles. If the format is not recognized, an extension to the solution will be required.
We will continuously expand the library with known formats.
4. Training
We test the tool with you and show you how to make adjustments to:
- Tone
- Precision
- Output length
The tool includes a preview prompt, allowing you to generate a text for a single row and test whether changes are needed before generating texts for the entire sheet.
Prerequisites
The solution requires that product data can be exported from your CMS, PIM, or ERP and imported with updates.
We are happy to provide a quote for developing an import/export function if it is not available.
